1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any DataCrud service (including TilesPad, Posify24, RecoCRM, and the datacrud.com website), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

DataCrud provides cloud-based SaaS software products for business management. Our services include but are not limited to inventory management, point of sale, ERP, CRM, and related features accessible via web browser and mobile applications.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of services
• Free trials do not require payment information unless stated otherwise

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our software
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into our products. DataCrud processes your data only to provide the agreed services. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After that period, data may be deleted from our systems.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual Property

All DataCrud software, interfaces, logos, and content are the intellectual property of DataCrud. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service during your subscription period. No rights are transferred by these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataCrud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material breach of these terms, including non-payment or violations of the acceptable use policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
